Proven track record including P+L responsibility, development, sales, marketing, finance, partner and channel strategy and development, and operational execution.

Her past work experience includes President and CEO of VeritcalNet, SVP of the Microsoft Strategic Alliance, World Wide Vice President of Partner Sales and Marketing for Lotus Development Corporation, Worldwide Channel Executive for EMC, Director of IBM Merger with Lotus, and Client/Server Product Development/Solution Manager of IBM.


Richard Caruso, PH.D, Founder and Chairman of Integra Life Sciences

Richard Caruso, PH.D. founded Integra Life Sciences (NASDAQ: IART) in 1989 and has served as the Integra's Chairman since March 1992. Dr. Caruso is currently a member of The Provco Group, an advisor and director of many companies such as Quaker BioVentures, Nitric Biotherapeutics, Inc, Diasome Pharmaceuticals, LLC, NewSpring Capital and ePlanet Ventures III. Dr. Caruso served as the Company's CEO from 1992 to 1997 and as the Company's President from 1995 to 1997.

In 2006, Dr. Caruso was named the Ernst and Young National Entrepreneur of the Year for the United States. Dr. Caruso is on the Board of Susquehanna University, The Baum School of Art and the Uncommon Individual Foundation (Founder). He received a B.S. degree from Susquehanna University, an M.S.B.A. degree from Bucknell University and a PH.D. degree from the London School of Economics, University of London.


Bo Fishback, VP of Entrepreneurship at Kauffman Foundation

Bo has vast experience with all aspects of business, as he has helped build many successful startups such as LightSpeed Genomics and Orbis Biosciences. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering from Southern Methodist University and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Bo Fishback became a director in advancing innovation at the Kauffman Foundation, later obtaining the position of Vice President of Entrepreneurship, responsible for developing and advancing transformative programs that strengthen entrepreneurial engagement in the economy and help entrepreneurs succeed.


James Clarke, Director, Private Equity Investments

James brings a background in corporate finance, venture capital as well as start-up experience to Infegy. He is currently a senior portfolio manager with Fiduciary Research & Consulting, an institutional investment consulting firm. He earned a bachelor's degree from Washburn University where he currently chairs the board of the McAtee Scholarship Fund. He received an MBA with an emphasis in finance and investments from the University of Kansas and is a member of the CFA Institute.

James spent seven years managing a portfolio of domestic and international venture capital, buyout and real estate investments for the Kauffman Foundation. He began his career as an investment banker with Nations Media Partners advising telecom and media companies on mergers and acquisitions. During, James engaged his entrepreneurial side co-founding a start-up which sold to AT&T. Since then he has been a founding investor in Proteon Therapeutics, LightSpeed Genomics and Orbis Biosciences.
