Head of Marketing

The Opportunity

Infegy, an industry-leading SaaS data analytics, and market research company that translates billions of consumer voices into actionable intelligence, is seeking a driven, innovative, collaborative, and experienced inbound and growth leader to become our Head of Marketing. This marketing leader will envision, manage, and elevate our Marketing work to take Infegy’s growth to the next level and beyond. Located in the heart of the Crossroads District in Kansas City, Infegy’s culture, team, benefits, and growth opportunities are unrivaled. This position is based in Kansas City.

This is an opportunity to advance our marketing strategy, creativity, and performance significantly. This person will build, oversee, and lead, our Marketing team, advertising agencies, and contractors to execute the current strategy while they develop and implement their own marketing strategy for the future. The primary areas of focus will be to rapidly and substantially increase brand awareness, industry recognition and involvement, and ultimately, demand and lead generation performance. This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. It will collaborate deeply with the Head of Sales, Head of Client Success, and other executives within the company to raise brand awareness and generate new business opportunities within the enterprise, advertising agency, and market research industries globally.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and grow: Deeply learn Infegy’s products, services, competition, and differentiators. Work to improve and grow yourself, your team, and your colleagues every day to help us to earn new business and continue our rapid growth. Develop a deep understanding of Infegy’s target audience segments, target personas, and their needs across planning, campaign measurement, and execution.
  • Create: Oversee the creation, development, execution, and management of all marketing strategies and efforts across all digital and other channels (eg. outbound, inbound, content, media, industry relations, etc.) to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate: Work with internal Sales teams on outbound and inbound marketing efforts, relevant content, and communications for our target audience and prospect personas.
  • Cultivate: Grow and develop a high-performance, creative, data-driven, and effective Marketing team that thrives on a fun and fast-paced work environment to drive rapid company growth.
  • Care: Be a steward of Infegy. Be positive, be collaborative, and help prospects understand how Infegy can solve their business needs. Pursue excellence, be a good human, make complex things simple, and achieve crazy-big goals.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital SaaS marketing, preferably in the advertising, analytics, or marketing research space.
  • Growth Marketer with experience in:
    • Digital lead generation and scoring
    • Messaging and content (website, blog, social, video, and email)
    • SEO/SEM
    • Sales enablement and collateral development
    • PR/Media/Analyst relations
  • Highly adept at CRM and marketing automation platforms to design, execute, measure, and manage marketing activities. Expertise in Hubspot is a huge positive
  • Proven track record of creating, executing, and measuring highly successful integrated demand and lead generation campaigns within B2B markets across digital, social, and media
  • Exceptional team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple business units to achieve and exceed personal, team, and company goals
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • BA or BS degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent industry experience)
