I’m a fourth-year Strategic Communication and Professional Writing student at The Ohio State University, where I study how consumer behavior, digital media, and brand storytelling shape the way people connect with organizations. I love using social listening tools to uncover patterns in online conversation and understand what drives audience engagement.
