Infegy named Best Place to Work for Third Consecutive Year
by Infegy Research Team on August 28, 2020
Infegy was once again named a Best Place to Work in Kansas City. The recognition comes from the Kansas City Business Journal as they release their list of 2020 Best Places to Work honorees.
The culture at Infegy is unmatched. We aren’t just an organization but a group of people who have built strong relationships with each other and our stakeholders.
Our retention rate speaks for itself, and our leadership is very aware that regardless if they are going through a pandemic or not, employees want to feel taken care of, valued, and heard. We do not take that lightly.
Results from the survey recognizes Infegy for providing an amazing number of initiatives aimed at creating an atmosphere of happiness, healthiness, creativity, and success.
Each year, the Business Journal identifies Kansas City-area businesses as top workplaces. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered via a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. Key factors considered include compensation and benefits, culture and values, and workplace perks. This year’s survey also included questions about the company’s response to current events.
Work-life balance is the foundation of any best place to work. Infegy places a high value on each employee and believes it is important for each employee to find a great balance between work life and life.
Highlights of Infegy's progressive, balance-focused benefits are a policy of fully covered healthcare for employees and their family, unlimited vacation days, mandatory two weeks of vacation per year, yearly complementary travel stipend and more. Infegy fully believes time away from work is incredibly important to fostering creativity and contributing to the overall well-being of its employees.
What makes Infegy special? We’ve built a company we love working for, with an amazing culture. It's a place where employees take pride in their work and can see how their work impacts the company and our products, where employees value each other and relationships are built no matter your department. If you want to take on more responsibility or explore new and different ways to make an impact in our organization you can do that.
Most importantly, it's a place where work life balance isn’t something that is strived for, but is actually achieved.
